This article struck a cord because I started taking a similar approach in order to have more balance in life. Unfortunately, for me it is an attempt to spread out a 60+ hour work week more evenly to avoid crazy peaks (Wednesdays are still hump days), and to pack in daily workouts along with time for family, friends and other passions. So the idea is still the same - to not have to push out other important aspects of life based on established demarcations. I think the same idea can be extended to break away from the traditional concept of retirement, especially as we live and work longer.
